Pink Pearl Canada
Black & White with a touch of pink

The Great Hall, April 2018

"King Events has planned our annual gala, "Black and White with a Touch of Pink" for the past five years. Courtney and her team think of every angle, bringing a true 360 approach to event planning from budgeting to decor details. All the details leading up to the big day, day of and post event are handled in a professional, component and creative manner. Our organization would recommend King events to anyone from large charity galas to small corporate meetings."

Lending a Paw

Launch Party

"I started ‘Lending A Paw’ in December, and wanted to have the launch party the following May. I don't think I could have pulled it off without Courtney. King Events not only helped me plan the party (which was a huge success) but they also made me feel like I had a team behind me and that I wasn't in it alone. With Courtney's background, she was able to properly predict how the night would go, meaning where things should be placed, and what time everything should happen at. I can’t thank her enough for helping me make our Lending A Paw launch party a huge success. Can’t wait to work with King Events in the near future"

Oakville Rangers Hockey Club
Rangers Day & Shrink-the-Rink

Sixteen Mile Sports Complex, 2017 - 2018

The Oakville Rangers Hockey Club had the pleasure of working with Courtney and her team at King Events for two inaugural events that we launched in the 2017-18 season. 'Rangers Day in Oakville' saw over 10,000 people pass through the doors of sixteen Mile Sports Complex with more than 30 hockey games played throughout the day.  'Shrink the Rink' was the first hockey tournament of its kind to showcase half ice games and programming under the new Hockey Canada development plan. The greatest asset about Courtney and her team is their ability to work independently without much direction or supervision. We provided them a general concept of what we were looking for and they provided us detailed execution plans as well as concept and design ideas making the whole process very fluid and manageable.  Both events surpassed expectations in their inaugural season and will return under King Events management for the 2018-19 season. We would not hesitate to recommend Courtney and King Events for events of all magnitudes and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

Holiday Pop-Up

Offsite Concept Space, November 2017 hired King Events to support the design and execution of our first Holiday Pop-Up shop in Toronto. We were thrilled with the end result and  Courtney and her team really brought our vision and brand to life. King Events handled all of the little details, including all vendor and product logistics and execution was absolutely seamless. We have hired the team for our second annual pop-up this Holiday season and can't wait to work with them again!

The Vault, October 2016

"Courtney and King Events took a unique event idea, ran with it and ended up exceeding our expectations!  It takes a bold event planner to try something different and someone eager and dedicated to pull it off.  Not only was the event a success but King Events went above and beyond the expected duties to make sure everything was taken care of leading up to the event, including easing the fears and worries of the staff leading up to the big day. We would love to work with them again and recommend King Events to anyone who wants a successful event!!"
